My name is Gabriella Verhaeg, and I am a dedicated notary public offering both mobile and online notarization services tailored to your convenience. As a certified loan signing agent, I bring specialized knowledge and expertise to every signing, ensuring that all documents are handled with precision and care. I am a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA), fully certified, NNA background checked, and carry $25,000 in E&O insurance for your peace of mind. Operating as an LLC, I am committed to providing the highest level of professionalism and reliability to all my clients.
How It Works

Meet in your desired city
We will meet you in your chosen city, whether it's at your home, office, or a public location.
Notarize and Pay
Complete your payment prior to notarization, and we'll handle your document notarization immediately.
Fees:
Notary Signature & Stamp:
$5.00 fee assessed per each notarized stamp
Travel within St. Charles County:
$45.00 travel fee for each single trip within St. Charles.
Travel outside of St. Charles County: $65.00 travel fee for each single trip to a county neighboring St. Charles county.
*Please Note: There is a 15 minute grace period upon the Notary's arrival and the wait time fee is $15 per 15 minutes thereafter
Policies:
- All signers must have either a valid form of identification, a credible witness, or provide substantial evidence to confirm ID (at the discretion of the notary).
- Accepted IDs: State driver’s license, State ID card, Passport, Military ID.
- Please do not sign documents before in the presence of a notary.
- Please note that each notarial appointment is unique in its own way. At times, it may be difficult to provide a solid quote without first reviewing the documents (Fees are variable based on venue, distance, appointment duration, type of document, urgency, witnesses, and number of notarial acts).
- If your document is rejected due to an action of a representative of Gabriella’s Notary Services, you will receive a complimentary re-sign.
- If your document is rejected because of improper information, filing, or any other reason, you will be charged for a secondary service at full price.
